Comment 1Why credits instead of a subscription?
Manuscripts are infrequent. A paper usually goes through two or three drafts before it is accepted, so a pack of three matches one paper, and credits never expire between projects.
Comment 2What counts as one report?
One manuscript file, up to 30 MB, reviewed in full with references checked. A revised draft of the same paper is a new report, compared against the previous one.
Comment 3How do refunds work?
If a full report has fewer than three substantive issues, email us within 30 days and we refund that report. If a report fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically.
Comment 4Can my lab pay centrally?
Lab billing with monthly invoices and private workspaces for each member is planned. Until then, the 5-report pack can be shared across a PI’s manuscripts.
